 A Semi-Annual Children's Consignment Event

Here's all the basic info you need to EARN or SAVE $$$  with Jump N Jax ~
Take a look - IT"S SO EASY!!

CONSIGNING

  1. Click here to  JOIN THE MAILING LIST  -- you want to be sure to get all the updates on the upcoming sale!!
  2. Click HERE to register and get a consignor #. 
  3. Write down your # and password - you'll need it later.
  4. Buy tags at Walmart or Office Depot - Maco string tags 1 3/4 x 1 3/32 inch ~ or call Tiffany at 553-4033 - I have some I can sell you at the same price ~ 100 for $2.
  5. Gather up hangers (child size to size 6)  and safety pins (big and small)
  6. Gather up your items to consign.  Gently loved or new please ~ only bring items you would be willing to buy!!  Clean & iron if needed and sort by gender and size.  We take toys and equipment too ~ click HERE for all the details on getting items ready to sell.
  7. Keeping clothing items sorted by gender and size, hang items with the hanger making a ? mark while looking at the front.
  8. Attach a blank tag purchased in #2 above with a small safety pin to the left shoulder of each item (on your right when looking at the front of the item).  See photo HERE
  9. Go through the items and write a # on each tag ~ start with #1 and go up as high as 1200
  10. That was the hard part ~~  now click HERE and you are ready to enter your items for the sale online.
  11. Enter your consignor ID and password from #1 above.
  12. Jot down your batch # and start entering - IT IS SO EASY!! 
  13. Be sure to enter the size and price for each item and select if you want to let it go 1/2 price on the last day.  Sale prices are generally 25-30% of what you paid for the item new - with tags and brand names can demand more.  Minimum price $3.  Click HERE for some pricing tips.
  14. Enter a few or enter a lot -- save and come back to finish later, or enter it all at once.
  15. Once everything is entered, click on finished and indicate if you want to donate any of your items.  Please remember that you must complete this process all the way to the end before we can print your tags!  All items must be entered by 10pm the night before you plan to drop off if you want us to print your tags and have them ready when you arrive at drop off.  You CAN print your own tags with a COLOR PRINTER and standard address labels at home, or, we will be able to print tags when you arrive at drop off this sale for any items entered after 10pm. 
  16. Email jumpnjaxkidsale@comcast.net or call Tiffany at 904-553-4033 if you would like to get your printed and barcoded tags before item drop off.  Please allow 24 hours for tag printing prior to pick up.
  17. WE WILL PRINT YOUR TAGS WITH ALL THE INFO YOU ENTERED FOR YOU AT OR PRIOR TO DROP OFF- OR YOU CAN PRINT AND ATTACH YOUR LABELS AT HOME PRIOR TO DROP OFF WITH A COLOR PRINTER AND STANDARD ADDRESS LABELS.
  18. Come to the sale location (TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON) (click HERE for directions) on Sunday 9/19 (12noon-6pm), Monday 9/20 (9am-7pm) or Tuesday 9/21 (9am-12noon by appt only) with all of your stuff. Click HERE for a Tues am appt - all other drop off times will be first come first serve.  We will give you your printed tags and show you how to apply them to the string tags you attached and numbered at home!!  Now you will have printed, barcoded tags and we can track all of your items and your sales!  You will get a printout and a check within three days after the sale!! 
  19. Sit back and let us do the rest, or come and shop the presale - as a consignor, you can shop early on Wed 9/22 from 9am-1pm and will receive two passes to share with your friends and family so that they can also shop early from 2-8pm on Wed 9/22! 
  20. Want to get the very best selection - sign up to volunteer by clicking HERE and shop on Tues 9/21.  Shop from 5-9pm if you volunteer 6 hours or from 7-9pm if you volunteer 3 hours to help with the sale!  No time to volunteer during the sale, but still want to shop early?   21. Come back to the sale location on Tues 9/28 from 4-7pm or Wed 9/29 from 10am-1pm to PICK UP YOUR CHECK and any unsold items you have not chosen to donate! All items left at noon on Wed 9/29 WILL BE DONATED!!  ** You will earn 65% of the sales price for each item less a $10 consignor fee.  Refer 5 new participating consignors and EARN 75%!
